femme luxe series #21 ♥

I am back with a new Femme Luxe* post and this week I am feeling pretty festive. December has finally arrived and fingers crossed we can still dress up for Christmas, even if we might be indoors. I never wear many red outfits but I saw this Femme Luxe slinky wine Bardot dress*, I instantly fell in love. This would be the perfect Christmas dinner outfit, especially if you grabbed a pair of over the knee boots and a faux fur coat. I love the long sleeves and you can actually wear them on your shoulders or bring them down slightly to create a Bardot style dress instead. For me, when I see this type of wine red shade, I automatically think of the Christmas season which is why I had to grab a dark, red lipstick to stick to the festive theme. 

This look is giving me serious 50's vibes too and it certainly makes a change from my regular bodycon outfits. Before we get to the next outfit, I wanted to say that Femme Luxe have kindly gifted these outfits but all opinions are my own and I am lucky enough to pick them myself. My next outfit is certainly inspired by lockdown, I have been loving loungewear outfits since we've been stuck indoors and I just feel a bit more put together when I'm wearing a nice, matching set of leggings and a top. This ribbed belted set actually comes in quite a few colours, I also have this loungewear set in a tan colour but the grey makes a nice change too. 

The top comes with a fabric belt so you can cinch your waist in but you can also keep the top loose and baggy. I've been living in this set recently, it is perfect if you want to run to the shops, or if you want to get your daily walk in. My final outfit is certainly one of my favourites, I am obsessed with leopard print and I was so excited when I tried this dress on. The silky fabric is really flattering and although I would wear this with knee high boots and a big chunky cardigan, this leopard print dress would also look great in the summer time.
