For today's post I wanted to write a life update and I also wanted to talk about this beautiful yellow dress from Mango. I personally don't think that Mango gets enough praise and hype but I think they should. The quality and versatility of Mango outfits are pretty amazing and I fell in love with the brand a few years ago after I found this yellow dress. We know that I usually wear dark colours but I saw this dress and I knew it would be a perfect addition to my summer wardrobe. I think the fabric is incredibly flattering and the length looks lovely with heels or flat sandals.

For me, I love finding dresses that you can dress up or down depending on what heels you would like to wear. The long, subtle zip at the back of this little number means that you can really show off your curves and the plunging neckline can be adjusted too. I am a sucker for over the top necklines so I don't mind wearing it quite low cut. This dress will certainly be my number one choice for the summer season and I am on the hunt for my next Mango fix. I would say this Mango dress is true to size, I bought this dress in an XS and it fits my waist and hips pretty well.

Fingers crossed the weather is beautiful and hot this weekend so I can wear another summer dress. I am incredibly excited for the weekend because I have booked a karaoke and Chinese buffet session with the girls to finish my birthday celebrations. This is probably one of my favourite things to do and although I have an awful singing voice, I love grabbing a microphone. I also want to take a slight pause from outfit photos at the moment and I want to focus on beauty products, I have been using some new brands that I really want to review in detail on the blog.
