So this is slightly different to my usual blog posts. If you can't tell by the blog post title or the photos...I am pregnant! I can't believe I am writing this post because I have wanted to share the news for so long. I think it is really important to document important moments in your life, hence why I love blogging and to me, there is nothing more memorable than becoming pregnant. I remember writing about my university experience and graduating and now I can write a new chapter about pregnancy and becoming  mum.   

So this is a brand new section of my blog, I want to share everything from buying our first buggy to how I get on with maternity outfits. I'll be honest, I have been really struggling with morning sickness and low energy, I spent most of December and January tucked up in bed hibernating. I really didn't know what to expect in my first trimester but personally I have found it really hard, I am 18 weeks today and I can slowly feel my energy coming back. I find it amazing that some women can still exercise and run around all day, I wish I had that energy! 

This explains why I've been lacking with my blog and social media content for the past few months, I just haven't been able to get ready without feeling nauseous. I was fast asleep on New Year's Eve at 8:00pm which left Ollie alone with Netflix unfortunately but at the weekend we finally managed to have lunch at Hawksmoor (my review will be coming this week) so I'm looking forward to getting back to my blogging routine and my normal day to day life.
