kiko make me matte priming mask ♥

I have said it before and I’ll say it again, if you are looking for high quality products without a hefty price tag, KIKO Milano will be your haven. The Make Me Matte Mattifying Effect Priming Sheet Mask* is definitely worth a dedicated review. I was kindly sent this mask to try out and I was so impressed with the formula and concept. First of all, the mask is a sheet, not a gel or cream formula. When I’m not in the bath, a sheet mask is a pretty handy idea if you want to avoid any mess and I love that you simply rip open the pack and voila, a ready to use face mask that already has the product applied to it. 

I am getting ahead of myself though, I wanted to talk about why I think this mask is slightly ahead of the curve. I know we usually associate face masks as a way to relax and unwind but this particular mask can actually be used as a way to prime your skin before you apply your make-up. So if you have a big night out planned with the girls, a wedding day or a date night, this face mask is ideal to add to your beauty routine. The formula contains amino acids which helps provide texture, hydration and improves the quality of your skin. 

I kept the mask on for 30 minutes while I ran around the house tidying and it felt pretty good to multitask. My skin felt incredibly fresh and soft after I removed the mask and best of all, my skin didn't feel oily which is why this mask makes the perfect product before you apply your face make-up.
